Annual Report
ACHC’s annual report provides a retrospective review of the state of our business over the prior calendar year. It tells the story of opportunities embraced, challenges surmounted, and partnerships developed as we seek to serve healthcare organizations spanning the continuum of care.
Surveyor
Published twice a year, Surveyor is a resource for news about our programs. The first annual edition includes program updates, new program descriptions, and individual stories from our providers, your peers! The second edition is a program based review of the most frequently-cited deficiencies on recent surveys with quotes from surveyors and tips for compliance.
