ACHC Healthcare Staffing Services Certification is available for staffing organizations that provide temporary clinical staff support wherever it’s needed most — hospitals and other healthcare facilities, home care and home health organizations, clinics, alternate care sites, nursing homes, etc.

Disciplines covered include RNs; LPNs/LVNs; nursing assistants; physicians; laboratory staff; pharmacy staff; and respiratory, occupational, physical, and speech therapists.

Yes. An organization may apply for Healthcare Staffing Services Certification if the following eligibility requirements are met.

The organization must:

• Be currently operating within the United States and/or its territories.
• Be licensed according to applicable state and federal laws and regulations and maintain all current legal authorizations to operate.
• Maintain a physical location/office that is equipped to support the care/services being provided/coordinated and equipped to properly maintain equipment and personnel file records.
• Clearly define the temporary healthcare staffing services it provides directly or under contract.
• Have placed at least 10 clinical personnel at time of survey, unless state law requirements are different.
• Submit all required documents and fees to ACHC within the specified time frames.
