Hospice Value-Based Insurance Design Model Ending This Year

Florida Providers – Licensure Renewal Application Process Revised

Medicare Program Integrity Manual – Chapter 10 Updated

2023 was a busy year for hospice providers with regards to regulatory changes. CMS last updated chapter 10 of the Medicare Program Integrity Manual December 7, 2023. This update included the qualifications for Marriage and Family Therapists and Mental Health Counselors, as well as included the updated 36-month rule, now applicable to hospice providers as well as home health providers.
