Partner with a world leader in International Standards.
ISO (International Organization for Standardization) is the world’s leading developer of International Standards. ISO is a non-governmental federation of the national standard-setting bodies, and its purpose is to facilitate and support worldwide trade and commerce. ISO does this by developing standards that people everywhere recognize and respect.
Quality sets ACHC apart.
The ACHC and ACHC International Quality Management System are certified to ISO 9001:2015 standards—this sets ACHC apart from other accrediting organizations.
In 2004, ACHC achieved ISO Quality Management System certification and continues to maintain this certification today. ACHC International’s certification was added in 2017. ISO standards specify requirements for high-quality products, services, processes, systems, and managerial practices. ACHC participates in an annual site visit by its registrar, which allows us to hold this certification as a symbol of our commitment to quality.

Why Your Accreditation End Date Matters
Achieving accreditation is regarded as one of the key benchmarks for measuring the quality of an organization. Once initial accreditation is achieved, it is not permanent and must be maintained and renewed to ensure continued compliance. ACHC Accreditation is valid for a 36-month time period but preparation for renewal should begin at least nine months before the expiration date. Resources are available to help you prepare.
