Eligibility Requirements
Organizations can apply for Healthcare Staffing Services Certification
if the following eligibility requirements are met.
An organization must:
- Be currently operating within the United States and/or its territories.
- Be licensed according to applicable state and federal laws and regulations and maintain all current legal authorizations to operate.
- Maintain a physical location/office that is equipped to support the care/services being provided/coordinated and equipped to properly maintain equipment and personnel file records.
- Clearly define the temporary healthcare staffing services it provides directly or under contract.
- Have placed at least 10 clinical personnel at time of survey, unless state law requirements are different.
- Submit all required documents and fees to ACHC within the specified time frames.
