Joint Replacement Certification Eligibility Requirements:
- You hold current accreditation with deemed status from any recognized accreditor or Medicare certification by the state.
- You have displayed a commitment to comply with all applicable ACHC Certification Standards as assessed by the triennial onsite survey and mid-cycle review. These survey requirements are based on your certification level.
- You have a defined patient population and scope of services.
- You can show evidence of ongoing performance measurement.
