ACHC offers a streamlined solution that saves you valuable time. Our accelerated approach speeds up the process to achieve accreditation, making it easy to meet new rules quickly and receive reimbursement for services.

  • Go to ACHC Customer Central and set up an account.

  • Submit an accreditation application and pay deposit fee.
  • Sign and submit your ACHC contract.
  • Complete the Preliminary Evidence Report (PER).
  • Submit payment balance. (Ask us about available options.)

What’s Next?

All items submitted as part of your PER will be reviewed by ACHC. If successful, ACHC will send you an accreditation approval letter and certificate good for one year.

During that year, ACHC will conduct an on-site survey of your facility. We will work with you to schedule your survey as quickly as possible.

After successfully completing your survey, ACHC will issue you an updated accreditation certificate valid for three years from your initial accreditation date.
